A new fake change and how it will affect you.

Hey all. <br>I know you’ve heard it many times before, “CC is dead”. While it’s not true, we also can’t deny that it is not as alived as it used to be. <br> <br>We want to change that. And we need your help. <br> <br>I have been a mod here for a couple of months, and I’ve seen things that show me there still is a future for this sub, and that our community is made of awesome people. <br> <br>However, we need to correct the underlying problems that caused this issue in the first place. <br> <br>We think that too many rules don’t help newer writers, but hinder them. Because of that, we’re going to make a change. <br> <br>One of the major complaints we have is that this is not a community for everyone. <br> <br>We want to change that. <br> <br>We want to be a place where anybody can ask for a critique. And we think that’s possible. <br> <br>That’s why we’re adding a rule. It’s not to take anything away. It’s to help. <br> <br>That being said, fake subs must have an [F] and crit subs must have a [C]. <br> <br>We think that this new change will be controversial. But we hope fake subs will be crit subs, and vise versa. <br> <br>We don’t want fakes to take over. And we don’t want crit subs to be the only type of posts. <br> <br>But we think that it’s a small compromise to make. <br> <br>And it’s not the only change. We’re going to change the karma system. <br> <br>We’re going to keep the furry and crit subs equal. We just want to make sure they’re both there. <br> <br>Each time you post a fake, you must also post a crit. <br> <br>And vice versa. <br> <br>The goal is to make theCC fake subs and crit subs two sides of the same coin. <br> <br>And we want to do that by making fake subs and crit subs as close in number as possible. <br> <br>We want to encourage everyone to post both. <br> <br>Thank you, and happy writing.
