How long do chicken breasts remain good in the fridge?

I'm debating on meal prepping 1-2 weeks worth of chicken breasts. I know you can keep them for ~2 weeks or ~2 months, but I'd rather err on the safe side.<br><br>1. Do you guys have a definitive answer for how long chicken breasts will remain fresh in a fridge? I don't have a freezer, so freezing is not an option.<br>2. How do you differentiate between fresh chicken breasts and spoiled chicken breasts? Fresh chicken breasts look pink and feel soft. Spoiled chicken breasts smell and look bad. Does chicken breasts gradually change colors from pink to bad color as they spoil? How would you know that they're spoiled?
