I literally have no idea what to cook.

I've been cooking for a while, but I still can't seem to find a recipe that I truly like and can make over and over again, especially for 2 people (1 being a toddler). I have a 3 year old son and we live in an apartment which limits our cooking capabilities. I'm currently on a tight budget and don't have a car or public transportation available. We get groceries delivered every Friday. How would you like to help?
