What does the sky look like from the North pole ?

Hey guys, I am not sure if you can relate but I just had to ask. It is 5pm where I live now and the sun is disappearing on the horizon. However from the north pole, I was wondering do they see the sun move across the sky or does the horizon always look like this at 5pm?
