AITA for not inviting my daughter’s ex with whom she has a kid to her wedding?

My daughter, Sophie, got pregnant with her ex when she was 19 which caused her parents in law to be to give her such a hard time. They blamed her for the pregnancy and said she trapped their son with it. We asked them to back off her and not blame her for everything as their son was also at fault. They didn’t so we asked them to leave and not come back. My husband and I decided to support Sophie and raise our granddaughter with her. She’s 2 now. One day our daughter met someone at work and months later they started seeing each other. After dating for a year he asked her to marry him and she said yes. I am not going to lie, this was a terrible year. Her ex came back into the picture and my husband and I had to fight with him because he said he had to fight for the right to be with Sophie again. It took months to get rid of him because Sophie never filed for child support. This caused the son in law to be to feel bad for a couple days but he stayed and married my daughter. The problem with all of this is that my daughter and her now husband wanted to not invite her ex and his family to the wedding. His parents are her daughter’s paternal grandparents. We put them on the do not invite list and the wedding happened last year. They did not find out until my granddaughter was flower girl and no one who was related to them was there. After her mom posted photos of the wedding, they lashed out at us and I was called the AH for not inviting them. I feel they did not deserve to be there after the way they treated my daughter. AITA?
