App to help debug in app purchases

There are so many weird issues that I can't really get anyone to talk to at apple and it is hard to send customers to. I would much rather be able to click a button in the app and send customers to an automated solution. This app would take in an issue that the in app purchase didn't work, a screenshot of the purchase history that says what happened, and an apple receipt and debug what is going on or send in a ticket to apple.
