What happened to brussel sprouts 6 months ago?

They changed massively unfortunately. Quite a few of us have noticed a flavour change but I'm not sure how many of you noticed, I thought it was my bad and that it was a bad batch.. until my friend said the same thing, and then a relative, so on and so forth.. <br><br>It's not seasonal, I've been eating the new bad batches for quite a while, but I have to say, I can't eat them anymore. They're flooded unfortunately and they taste like a stale/bad wine or something.<br><br>Do you remember being able to eat fresh brussels sprouts around thanksgiving? They used to have a nice, earthy, natural taste to them, and they were so much better than the ones we get now (any time of the year), it's as if they're a completely different vegetable.
