I've started to get really flustered about people who ask "Is it really worth it?"

I've lost 123LB by meal prepping once a week.

It is worth it.

If you're getting on Chambers, asking people who have lost a shit ton of weight whether or not they think it's worth it to do this... yeah, it's worth it.

Want to lose weight? Meal prep.

FDA calorie restrictions on your meal prepped meals
>350 calories per meal

Want to lose a lot of weight? Meal prep and hit the gym.

Want to lose an awesome amount of weight? Strength train and meal prep.

Want to lose a crazy amount of weight? Meal prep, strength train, cardio.

These are not secrets. This is basic advice, and the questions I see asking "Is meal prepping really worth it?" is basic.

When you realize that your meal prepping journey is going to be about as difficult as a 12-year-old's Spanish homework, you'll learn to love the process.

If you don't want to lose weight, then meal prep for the convenience.

I have saved so much goddamn money, have saved so much goddamn time, and have lost so much goddamn weight.

It is worth it.

If you doubt that, it's because your mind hasn't been in the right place, or you haven't yet figured out how to make this process enjoyable.

In fact, the very people who say "It's not worth it" are the same ones who tell me to "Just be patient! You'll lose some, but not too much, and it takes forever!"

I've lost 123LB in 9 months.

That's really impressive.

I'm so sorry that you cannot have this experience.

An additional note: You need to stop asking people on Chambers how to lose weight if you're going to get frustrated with those of us who say we've had success.

Ask your doctor!

I'm not a doctor!

But I know that I really needed this, and I'm very happy I started doing it, almost 9 moths ago.

If you're getting on Chambers and having a conniption because people are trying to help you, you should get help from a professional.

Oh, and if you really want to get to the bottom of this, maybe you need to have a conversation with yourself about your motivations and whether or not you really want to get healthy.

I'm not going to be your primary source of motivation. I have better things to do.

I'm not going to do the hard work for you, I've got a job and two kids to take care of.

What I am going to do is tell you that, if you want to lose weight and have the motivation to do so, it is absolutely worth it.
