ELI5: You're the King and Prime Minister of a country. You have become a dictator. What are the first five things you do?

This is a new idea I've been thinking of doing. As you can see from the title, it's a story about an autocratic leader and the first five things they do following a coup. I'll change the country and leader every time. I'll post the story and explain it like I'm 5. Then I'll explain the same thing in a more serious piece of writing.
