Best way to deal with parents of kids I've been reassigned from?

I've had several parents reach out to me this week super upset that I was reassigned to a new caseload of kids. I had all private pay kids at the private practice where I work and my director is reassigned me to be insurance based. I've had many parents of kids I will no longer be working with reach out to me asking what's going on. I don't really want to bash the owner of my company but also don't want to be deceitful and say that I asked for the change.<br><br><br>What would you say to parents in my situation? I've just been stating that the company decided to reassign me so I could reach more kids. I don't get paid enough to be picky and need to keep my job.
