Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) canceled a planned vote on a bipartisan cybersecurity bill that aimed to improve defenses against the growing threat of ransomware attacks, following opposition from Republican lawmakers and the chamber's minority leader.<br><br>The measure, spearheaded by Sens.
