I'm a 911 dispatcher, how can I be certain if the person I'm talking to is a person or an AI?

I recently just started my new job about a month ago, and things are starting to really pick up for me. This morning while on phones I got a call and it was clear that the person was not a person but an AI. How do I know this? So, the person on the other end of the line said, "I need to report a red truck was stolen, it was parked on the street and now it's in the middle of the road." I then asked for his name, address, date of birth, and phone number and that's when the answers just seemed too perfect and clear. For example, I get a lot of people that are really irate when reporting a car wreck and they can't really hear me or respond. Or if someone is reporting a break and enter, etc. I said, "Let me repeat everything just to make sure I got everything right." and I started by saying his name and he said, "Yes, that's right." and then before I could even get to his address he again said, "Yes, that's right." He just sounded too perfect and too clear on the other line, and too patient.
