CMV: Genital mutilation of men should be legalised in the same way it is for women.

Genital mutilation is a huge human rights issue and is illegal in many parts of the world. However, for some reason in the UK it's legal for doctors to perform the procedure on girls, but not boys. <br><br>As a man who is circumcised, and has had no ill effects from it, I don't see why the option shouldn't be available for all men who wish for it. <br><br>If I was born in some countries I would have been circumcised without my consent, yet if I was born in the UK I wouldn't have because it's illegal. It's hypocritical for a country to allow the genital mutilation of one gender, but not the other.<br><br>EDIT: by legalising it I don't mean compulsary circumcision, I mean the option should be available to anyone who wants it
