Does anyone else find it incredibly offensive how female led television shows are using the term “toxic masculinity”?

I’m not arguing that “toxic masculinity” does not exist, I’m saying the mass media has really ran away with the idea of a lot of men being toxic and using it to label even regular masculine behaviors. The real question is why are these shows trying to stigmatize and feminize men? What message does it send to young men?

Edit: Some people seem to think I’m saying it doesn’t exist. Which is not the case here. I’m saying the media is using this mass media campaign to attack masculinity and men in general and stigmatize them for their gender, which is just as toxic as anything else.
