[Meta] Deleting dead links

I'm deleting documents that aren't publicly accessible, just so we can see what's still up and what isn't. If I delete your document and you still want it up, let me know and I will reinstate it.<br><br>Additionally, I'll be dealing with the queues in this order:<br><br>- Good submitters (no feedback received): Dead links no longer get priority over submissions with no feedback.<br>- Good submitters with feedback<br>- Good submitters without feedback<br>- Unreviewed Shitty Submitters<br>- Dead links
