"Okay got it, you don't like Trump, now please get off my lawn"

I'm not even American, I'm Australian and I watch a lot of American TV and movies. I don't like Trump, I think he is a dickhead. But I am so fucking sick of every single show dedicating 5 minutes of every hour to making fun of him.<br><br>I don't like Seth Conneran, I think he is a massive tool, nobody can tell me otherwise. I'd watch The Boys over anything he's in. It's not funny anymore, it's just annoying. If I wanted to watch a leftist / rightist spin show I'd go and watch one, not dungeons and dragons with a fantasy twist.<br><br>STOP SHOVING UNPOPULAR POLITICS DOWN MY THROAT FROM EVERY ANGLE. I HATE EVERYSingle PERSON TRYING TO INFLUENCE MY POLITICS, I HATE CHRISSSUUUUUUUN, I HATE LATE NIGHT TALK SHOW HOSTS. I hate the fact that every commercial is cynically using 'progress' as a means to try to brainwash people to use their shampoo. Shut the fuck up.<br><br>Edit: 1: I am not arguing politics, I am arguing that constant, shameless spin is being spammed from every media source.<br><br>2: I am not rightist, nor am I leftist. I hate the fact that there are these massive, radical, pseudo-intellectual groups that are taking over as 'the norm', and the media is perpetuating them.<br><br>3: I am not saying that all TV is like this, I'm saying all *popular* TV seems to be like this. It doesn't matter what show, whether it's the Orville or The Boys, it's always there. It's a constant message that nobody can escape. We go from the old days where any mention of politics was strictly verboten to now, where every single show is nothing but a vehicle for the directors/ writers opinions. <br><br>4: If you think telling me to 'watch a different show' or 'get off my lawn' is a valid argument, you should drop and do 10 for being an idiot, 10 more for good measure.
