So, you live in a home that's not so big, but it's more like a doll house, but for real. No, you won't have a physical butler, but the smart home is so smart, that it's a butler, plus it doesn't want your attention. You don't need to buy anything, because the smart home already knows about it. There would be few people to do physical things that can't be automated because of the location (for example, physical waste disposal).
You can think of it like living in a lego castle, but it's a real home. It's only 1-2 bedrooms, but you'll be living a billionaire lifestyle. You can have anything you want, it's just that you won't leave the house. You'd have an AI assistant, and all the food you need. But, the only space you have is the 2 (maybe 3) bedrooms.
This is because a lot of technology would be integrated in the home to make sure it is self-sustainable and that you won't have any need to leave the home ever. You'd have full control of your surroundings. You can have as many pets as you want, you can have a pet giraffe if you want. All the furniture, you can change as much as you want. You can have a pool, or a hot tub. Or maybe a physical butler, it's your choice. But, you'll never leave the 2-3 bedrooms. You won't need to work, because you'd be living in a homeschool. You'll be home schooled, but it's not like traditional homeschooling. It's just that you'll never leave your home ever. The home will adapt to your environment, to your surroundings, to your will. You'll be living a cushy life, but you'll never leave the home ever.
This is about the size of 2 parking lots, but the inside would be something like a fantasy.
This home would be worldwide, anyone can buy this home and stay anywhere, the AI assistant would be able to communicate in all languages.

Would you live here?
