I can’t stomach the thought of eating the same thing 5 days in a row. How do you meal preppers do it?

I’ve tried meal prepping before and it’s just so unpalatable to me. A batch of chicken breasts, rice, and peas can be divided into 5 meals that are almost exactly the same. <br><br>If I don’t see myself eating chicken breasts in the next 2 days, I’ll freeze them and cook on the fly and it makes me feel better even though it’s counterproductive in terms of time and efficiency.<br><br>Welcome to my conundrum. I don’t really see many options to meal prep except for baking and roasting everything at once and then mass-producing all the meals for the week. I honestly don’t want to eat the same thing for 5 days straight. <br><br>How do you meal preppers do it?
