Man arrested for calling 911 on a White man holding a gun in his own yard.

So I was walking in my neighborhood one day and I was wondering who lived across the street. I see a White man holding a gun in his yard. So I yell across the street to him that I'm calling 911. And I do. I tell the 911 operator what I told her and she said I need to give her the address so I give her my address. And she said I need to give her the address of the house where the "argument" is taking place. I **didn't say there was an argument**. So I give her the address and tell her to hurry up before the guy shoots someone. She says to send the police to my house. I again ask her to hurry before he shoots someone. I hang up and walk across the street to the guy's house to tell him the cops are on their way. He looks at me with the most confused face and asks me why. I tell him I called 911 because I saw him with a gun. He says he **doesn't even own a gun**. He owns **airsoft guns**. I don't believe him. I tell him I don't care if it's an airsoft gun, you don't just walk around with a gun. He asks me why I care so much. I tell him I don't want to see him shoot anyone. He says "what? Why would I do that?" I tell him "I don't know but I don't want to see it."<br><br>Some Black guys walk by. One of them is walking a dog. The White guy is still talking to me. One of the Black guys says to him "what's going on?" He tells him I called the cops on him. The Black guy asked him why. I **interrupt** and say **"he had a GUN!!"**. The Black guy with the dog says "so what? He can have a gun in his yard." I say "not even if it's an airsoft gun!" He says "is that illegal?" I say "I don't care if it's illegal or not, it's wrong." He says "you can have a gun in your yard." I say "not even an airsoft gun!!" The White guy says to the Black guy "I don't even have a real gun." The Black guy with the dog says to me "so you know you're a bitch right?" I say "I don't care I'm calling the cops." The Black guy says "well call them." And I say "I already did!!" He says "well then leave." I say "I'm not going anywhere!!" He says "get out my sight you bitch!!" I say "I'm not leaving!! I called the cops!!" He says "I'll call the cops!!" I say "I already called them!!" He says "I don't care!!" The White guy says to him "don't worry about it bro." The Black guy says to the White guy "no, I'm calling the cops." The White guy says "don't do that." The Black guy says to me "I'm calling the cops."<br>So I go back to my house and call the cops again. I tell the operator that **two Black men are threatening me**. So she asked me for my address **again**. I asked her **"didn't I give you my address already!!"**. She says "no you gave me the address of where the argument was taking place." I tell her **"there was no argument!!"**. She says "I apologize, give me your address so I can send the police." I give her my address and she says "so what's going on?" I say **"two Black guys are threatening me!!"**. She asks me **"where did the two Black men come from!!"**. I tell her **"they were walking by!!"**. She says "well the police aren't there yet." I tell her **"I don't care!!"**. She says "well they aren't here yet." I tell her **"the two Black guys are walking towards me!!"**. She says "you sound agitated sir." And I tell her **"I'm calling the cops!!"**. She says "the cops are on their way." And I asked her **"what should I do!!"**. She says "just stay calm." And I say **"I'm calling the cops!!"**. And I hang up. The two Black guys go across the street to the White guy's house. The Black guys and the White guy are standing on the White guy's front porch talking. The White guy is holding a BB gun. This Black guy walking down the street sees them. He stops and **pulls out** **a real gun**. And he **pulls the hammer back**. He points the gun at the ground and not at them. He says "what's going on?" The White guy with the BB gun says "nothing." The Black guy with the gun says "is that a gun?" The White guy with the BB gun says "yeah."<br>So I go back across the street to them. I tell the Black guy with the gun "**put that gun away!!"**. He says "make me." The White guy tells me to go back across the street. The Black guy with the gun says "yeah go back across the street before I shoot you." I say I'm not leaving. The Black guy with the gun says "I'll shoot you." I say I'm not leaving. The Black guy with the gun cocked the gun and pointed it at me. I still didn't leave. I told him to shoot me. So he did. And he shot me. **Not once but twice**. I fell to the ground. I was bleeding. The Black guy with the gun shot the White guy too. He was also bleeding on the ground. The Black guy with the gun pointed it at me and shot me again. And he shot the White guy again. The White guy was dead. The Black guy with the gun shot me again and again. The Black guy with the BB gun said "you're killing him." The Black guy with the gun says "I don't care." The Black guy with the BB gun said "you're going to **kill** him." The Black guy with the gun says "I **don't** care." And continues to shoot me. The Black guy with the BB gun says "you're **killing** him!!" The Black guy with the gun says "I **don't** care!!" The Black guy with the BB gun says "you're going to **murder** him!!" The Black guy with the gun says "I **don't** care!!" The Black guy with the BB gun says "you're **murdering** him!!" The Black guy with the gun says "I **don't** care!!" I was bleeding **badly**. I was **dying**. The Black guy with the gun shot me again.
