My (31m) wife (32f) and I are having our first baby and I worry her mental state could affect our baby

I am very worried about how my wife’s mental state is going to affect the baby. See my wife is bi-polar. She has been taking meds for years. She gets a lot of treatment. However she has not been doing so good lately. She is more angry and annoyed with everything. I’m worried she can’t take the stress of a baby and it will make her mental state worse. I love my wife and would not leave her but I don’t want the baby to be neglected or hurt because of it. What should I do? At this point I’m just hoping she will get better. A part of me thinks we should get an abortion but that’s just crazy talk, right?
