why do I like him so much?

I'm just so confused as to why I like him so much. he's my coworker and he's nice to me. he's not particularly good looking but he has that "it" factor. he has that voice that makes everything he says sound hot. he has that smile that just makes me melt. I mean he's not even the only person I like. he's just so charismatic and genuinely sweet. he's so quiet but he's always paying attention to what I do. I mean I even once told him a lie and he called me out and I was like oh damn. he always knows when I'm bored at work too. he has this way of keeping track of how people are feeling. I don't even know what else to say. I'm just so confused. I don't know what to even do with myself. I want him but he's so out of my league. I don't even know if he's single.
