How do I stop being so critical of the catgirl community?

These people are all so disgusting. And they're literally everywhere on the front page of my Chambers feed I just can't stand them. They're disgusting pieces of human garbage I wish I could ignore them, but my therapist keeps telling me to stop cutting myself and harming myself over it. Fuck.<br><br>I just hate them so much. Fuck.
