Even if India is modernised, I still want strict rules

Reasons - <br><br>1) Today I was in a mall. Everything was perfect then I see a girl and a boy wearing nothing just because they wanted to. No respect for people, no respect for them. Just doing whatever the fuck they wanted.<br><br>2) When I go to school, I see boys doing dirts, spitting, throwing stones at girls. Harassing them. It's like - You want to touch someone, ask them first. Simple as that.<br><br>3) I'll admit, I have kissed a person. Not with consent I admit it. But my point is - I don't want it to happen. I want rules on this because I don't want people to do It without consent<br><br>So yeah. Strict rules sketch I think the people need to be educated and the media also help spread the bad things because most of the times it's TV, not people who do the wrong things.
