I’m a 26M and I’ve been meal prepping for 10 years. I cook every weekend for 3 hours and make 7-8 meals. It’s been getting more and more exhausting, especially when I want to cook a gourmet meal on the weekends and experiment more. I want to continue to meal prep because it’s so easy and convenient for me. I can look at my fridge and just grab and go and not have to worry about planning and cooking everyday. But I’m getting more and more disgusted with my food. <br><br>I’m just looking for different meals people do that are different from this cooking 1 protein, 1 starch, and 1 veg and adding different sauces with different seasonings. I need to get creative, but I’m having a hard time thinking of food that’s good and healthy and gourmet and easy to eat. I’m also trying to lose weight and maintain my weight. <br><br>I just feel so defeated and want to have fun with food but I don’t want to cook every day. Any ideas would be helpful.
