Who else has heard of the 10,000 world elites who want to kill 90% of the world population?

So I heard if from a guy who’s into conspiracy theories and I couldn’t find any information about it on the web. So I wondered if some of you have heard about such a thing. I guess it was supposed to be some world leaders and millionaires who had met and agreed that the only solution to the world problems was to kill 90% of the world population in order to reach world peace. <br><br>I heard they were supposed to do it with vaccines but who knows. <br><br>If you have any more information or have heard about it too feel free to share.
