I can’t believe I’m unemployed

It’s a lot of emotions in my head and my mind is spinning. I was fired but not in the real sense. I’ve been on a long sick leave and then I heard I don’t have a job anymore. No explanation, no nothing. After 9 years and they’ve known me since we’ve been the top team. After 9 years I’ve been a top performer and then unemployed, just like that.
