Are cockroaches a non-negotiable?

My wife is graduating and about to get her license for her field (CPA) and she’s looking to get a job. <br><br>She saw a posting from a government agency that would pay her close to the high end of the national average in the field for a freshly licensed CPA, but the one hang up is that the building has regular cockroach problems.<br><br>So my question is, is this a non-negotiable thing for people? What price would people be willing to work in a space that is regularly infested with cockroaches?
