Of course men want to imitate us

**Trigger warning: male fetishes and sexism.**

TL;DR: A very basic post about why men are so obsessed with imitating us and how this is an attempt to take something that makes us special and powerful away.

It's amazing how men are so obsessed with imitating us. Whether it's dragging, fake boobs, pregnancy, or heels, it's pretty obvious they're very jealous.

Men have been stealing women's fashion and beauty for years, and have been imitating our movements and dances for centuries. To the point where people forget they were actually our things.

I've seen men who call pregnancy a "human right" that should be applicable for all people. They seem to believe we should have the right to abort our pregnancies, but they should have the right to become pregnant.

They fetishize childbirth and motherhood by dressing up in fake bellies and pretending they're us.

They pill pop and inject to try and turn their bodies into the bodies we were born into.

All of this is fetishism. They're very entertained by the idea of us, and they're very entertained by the idea of pregnancy and childbirth.

I'm really tired of hearing that they want to experience it because they love us. Or because they're jealous. They're not. They want to experience it because they fetishize the idea of it. They want to *usurp* our power that we hold because we can create life. They fetishize pregnancy and childbirth to debase and belittle the difficult experiences of women and they think it is funny.

They want to steal our experiences because they want to take away something that makes us special and powerful.
