I’m 13 years old and I’m a little scared about getting a job when I’m older

Hi, I’m 13 and I’ve been hearing that it’s hard to find a job nowadays unless you have a college degree or some kind of special training. I know that I still have a few years left but I’m a little worried because I’m not the best student. What advice or tips do you have for getting a job that’s good? Thank you for reading this :)
