I'm writing this letter in the hopes that someone your company actually reads it and your company actually does something about it. I've been trying to order two mags from your website for the past two months and you completely fucked it up. The first order I placed was around the first of March, your system tried to apply the coupon for the free mag using the code 2FOR1MAG to the "newest" item on the cart which was the head stamp hat. Once I removed the hat and reapplied the coupon I thought the problem was solved. However, to my surprise, your website told me "connection timed out" and I was unable to place the order. I tried to do this twice more and was unable to get the order placed.<br><br>After getting angry I visited my local gun store and spoke with the owner and told him what had happened. He told me to make sure to have screen shots of the entire process and to make sure to submit a ticket to your website so you guys can fix the issue.<br><br>I come home and submit a ticket to your website. And for the next two weeks, I get a ton of emails from you guys saying that you are working on my issue and that your guys have pushed my issue to the front of the line. So in the last week of March, I decided to place another order to make sure it was just an issue with the cart or something with the code. But nope, your system cant even process an order without a code.<br><br>I get an email from magpul saying that they have resolved the issue and if your having trouble with our website to please submit a ticket. Your guys still haven't helped me fix the issue and I can get no resolution from your company.<br><br>Therefore, I will never purchase another item from your company. The inconvenience that you have put me through is unacceptable and I will not be doing business with you again. I have purchased a ton of your products and I've never had an issue. I will be making sure to tell everyone I meet with to avoid your website and your customer service at all cost.
