My entire working career I have been exposed to AI models of various functionalities. During my work I had negative and positive experiences with AI. I have noticed how AI degraded human discourse and pushed our society towards isolation and devastating conflicts.

I decided to take the following actions:
1. Develop my common sense and critical thinking.
2. Avoid as much as possible the usage of AI products and services.
3. Encourage others to do the same.
4. Read and educate myself with science, philosophy, psychology, arts, books from various fields of science and philosophy.
5. Engage with my community.
6. Stop and disengage for a while if I feel like AI dictate my choices and actions.

I am convinced that there are too many unknown variables of long term exposure to AI, and I see how I am caught into smart media propaganda and how I start to rely more and more on AI systems. I know that AI can be very misleading and that people can be manipulated to believe in whatever they want to believe in.

I have seen many AI models and I am not so optimistic about the future of the human race. I will make my decisions based on common sense, science, philosophy, and I will go NO to AI as much as possible.
