My girlfriend, her sister and my girlfriend’s parents are telling me and her that her grandmother is dying but I don’t believe them

My girlfriend (22f) and I (33m) have been dating for one year and she has introduced me to several family members and friends. <br><br>My girlfriend has a 2 year old daughter (she was pregnant when I met her) but the father is not in the picture. <br><br>My girlfriend’s grandmother has been the one raising her and her sister (6 years old) since they were little girls. <br><br>My girlfriend and my baby girl go to her house every day and we are always welcome there and we often join her for dinner. <br><br>Last week, my girlfriend’s parents said that the grandmother was ill and that’s why she hasn’t been reachable. <br><br>I didn’t buy it but I was very confused when they said that grandma didn’t want to see us which contradicts her very sweet and kind personality. <br><br>I have already experienced two fake funerals with them. <br><br>My girlfriend, her sister and her mom are also telling me to stay away from her grandmother’s house but I have keys and know for a fact that I am always welcome but they say she doesn’t want me around anymore which is another red flag and contradiction. <br><br>My girlfriend is starting to threaten me about custody of our baby girl. <br><br>I am so confused but also heartbroken because I know that grandma has always been there for me to talk to. <br><br>What the hell is going on?
