Is there a European city that completely shuts down at night like Tokyo does?

Japan is very hard to leave due to its quality of life, food, and convenience, but I’m looking for a alternative that I can use to live and do remote work, but everything closes at 5-6PM in every European city I have visited so far.

This is what makes the quality of life in Tokyo great because everything is open, public transit, restaurants, convenience stores, karaoke, arcades, you never have to worry about finding food, something to do, or getting around no matter the time of day, and public transit completely shuts down from 12:30 to 5am.

This is what I love about living in Tokyo and would like to know if there are any alternatives where I can live with the same convenience.
