I am a Ph.D. student in the concrete science and when I read Hegel and other philosophers I feel that there is a disconnection. Hegel is very philosophical and a lot of the words are hard to understand. However, are there any places where Hegel specifically addresses concrete science like Portland cement-based concrete and the manufacturing of it? How can I read Hegel and incorporate this into the concrete science? concrete science deals with the properties, structures, etc. of cement-based materials concrete and cement. What do you recommend? I am an abstract thinker and a concrete thinker and I need concrete science to incorporate the abstract thinking.
