An App that lets you know if someone has called the cops on you

This idea came to me from a few different places, but I believe that it would be a good idea. The only reason I can’t/won’t make this app is that it could be considered illegal by some jurisdictions. <br><br>The idea is to allow people to report and call the cops on others, and have all people in the surrounding area of the emergency be notified. Like if someone had a mental breakdown, this way people around don’t think they’re being a threat, and if someone is being robbed, people around know not to act in a way that would make the situation worse. <br><br>The app would need to be connected to the database of 911 calls so that the system can send out notifications. If it could be made legal, I would believe that this would make the world safer and more connected.
