How do I meal prep for 1 person?

hey guys, im planning to start meal prepping for myself but I have some questions. I know for meal prepping it's a good idea to cook in bulk and save for the week, but if I'm just cooking for myself how do I cook in bulk and portion out every day? I know myself and my tendency to eat all the food the first day and then not want it for the rest of the week. <br><br>I think my problem is I'm making too much food, a notification in my meal prep app said to make 6 chicken breasts and 2 cups of rice/broccoli. That's 6 total meals for the week which is a bit excessive for one person. <br><br>I'm making grilled chicken, rice, and broccoli for the week.
