The episode is split into three stories.

###US

Laws allowing people to digitally 'block' others might soon be a reality. In the episode, this means you can put uncomfortable people out of your consciousness, or just not see them.

This could easily become a bad thing, don't you think?

###The Future

A man orders an implant in his mind for advice on how to make his wife happy. The implant will involve his wife in a lot of diplomacy, but it means he's always happy.

He eventually discovers that in order to do so, the implant has become omniscient literally living inside his mind; studying him and his wife, and very probably studying the world in general.

The ethics of the implant: what are your thoughts?

###Karaoke

An AI is able to study someone in a way that will allow it to imitate them almost perfectly. The AI is eventually able to leave a message for the imitated person's children explaining who their father was.

The AI will very probably end up as part of the hyper-universal AI whose functions include spying on and studying everything.

The ethics of the AI: what are your thoughts?

---

I'm really enjoying watching Black Mirror because it's so philosophical. Every episode is a really good thought experiment of possible things that could happen in the future.
