I'm back living with my mom in a 1 bedroom apartment, no job at all (not even a part time one), I'm 24 and broke and in terrible mental and physical health, how do I get off this planet

I don't know what to do, I've tried to use my friends, I've begged my parents for money when I was in uni and they still expect me to make my own way now?? I'm broke, no job, no friends, no money, nothing and I'm in this tiny apartment with my mom. I just wanna die. I've tried online dating, I'm a loser. I have no skills, no talents, nothing. I'm just a loser.
