What does the Lithuanian government do to promote Lithuania’s image and attract foreign capital?

Our neighboring countries all try to attract foreign capital and promote their countries somehow. For example, Poland gave citizenship to a Polish chef in Ukraine in order to promote Poland’s cuisine. <br><br>What does the Lithuanian government did to do something similar?
