**Hey, I want to thank everyone again for the feedback before and I’m going to start editing once again. But before I do, I’m trying to make sure I have a solid prompt now that I know more of the story. Down below is my prompt. It is from the perspective of my best friend.“**<br><br>**My friend took up boxing after his mother disowned him and kicked him out.“**<br><br>**On the first day of school he was the boy that brought a packed lunch to school, but not the kind of lunch you normally see.“**<br><br>**But it was one day in class, he came in with a black eye and that was the moment everything changed and the rumors started to fly.“**<br><br>**Now my friend barely speaks to me and the only place I can find him is down in the boxing gym because he said he made a promise to someone down there and now his life is spiraling out of control as the rumors and the boxing pick up.“**<br><br>**But it’s down there where the truth starts to unravel and the truth about how he got that black eye.“**<br><br>**On the first day of school.“**<br><br>**The truth about boxing.“**<br><br>**And the truth about him.“**<br><br>**But what happens when you tell the truth?“**<br><br>**On the first day of school it was a boy brought a lunch to school.“**<br><br>**The truth was he had no lunch to bring.“**<br><br>**The truth about boxing was it was the one who kept him alive.“**<br><br>**The truth about him was he was barely alive and boxing was the only thing giving him life.“**<br><br>**What happens when you tell the truth?“**<br><br>**Well the truth is a funny thing.“**<br><br>**No one likes to hear it.“**<br><br>**The truth hurts.“**<br><br>**That is until you have nothing left and the truth is all you have.“**<br><br>**That is the story of how my best friend.“”<br><br>**Went from boxing to truth.“**<br><br>**But this is how we got there.“**<br><br>**And how the truth ultimately changed us.“**<br><br>**For the good.“”<br><br>**And for the worst.**<br><br>**#Truth - a story of the truth and its consequences. I know my past prompts have been really bad and I haven’t gotten any feedback but I’ve adjusted everything since then and so I’m seeing if my adjustments are any better.**
