My short script for a superhero movie fell into the hands of someone at Marvel. What is the best way for me to approach them without getting sued?

I recently went to a writing workshop where we all shared our scripts with each other. One of the participants ended up not showing up to the final critique, but did say she worked in production for Marvel. I totally forgot about it until I got a call from someone at Marvel Studios last week saying they happened to read my script, loved it and want to meet. I'm absolutely thrilled at the chance, but also terrified they will try to steal my idea without giving me credit and sue me for plagiarism if i try to produce it independently. <br><br>What steps should I take to protect myself here legally and professionally?
