Stayed overnight at a house and saw something weird as hell

I stayed overnight at a house with my girlfriend and a couple of other people and one of the other people wanted to go to the gym in the early morning. My girlfriend doesn't have a car and I had to work that morning at 7.30am and wouldn't be back from work until the afternoon. So she said that it would be fine if I slept over on the couch at her parents house. Her parents weren't home at the time and she was a little scared of the dark and wouldn't be back from the gym until the morning. <br><br>I slept on the couch for the whole night and woke up and she said she was gonna drive me to work at 7.30am. Then I went upstairs and I saw the parents of my girlfriends house. Then I was confused and wondered if she was just joking about going to the gym. I asked my girlfriend what was going on and she said that it was strange that I was even there. I was really confused at this point. She said that she was home the whole night and when she came back from the gym and that her parents were home. She told me that she never invited me to stay over and I was never there. We were both confused and that was that.
