What would happen to our view of free will if it was confirmed that human decision making is only predetermined brain activity?

If it was scientifically confirmed that human decision making was entirely predetermined and that consciousness played little to no role in the decision making process, what would be the implications of that on our view of free will? For example, how would the justice system need to change?
