Do I Have A Problem at Work?

I work for a wastewater treatment plant. <br><br>One of the managers wears a mask to work every single day on the outdoor job. <br><br>With that being said: <br><br>When I’m off the clock and want to hang out with my coworkers, I’m generally allowed to do my thing, but he will harass me constantly, but my other managers let me do what I want. <br><br>When I’m training new employees, I’m not supposed to let them work alone with equipment until they’ve been trained on it, but he will see me next to the equipment with a trainee and say “Is that person trained on that? And then tell training manager on me. <br><br>Another thing he does is when my other managers let me be off the clock and do what I want, he will harass them and say “I didn’t see you do the work. Did you do it?” And then they’ll just do it themselves. <br><br>Example of what he means: if me and a training manager spend a day collecting samples, he will say “did you collect that sample or did he collect that sample?” And then the manager will just do it themselves or I’ll do it again next week. <br><br>TLDR: I feel like one of my managers doesn’t like me at work, and he goes out of his way to make my work harder
