Stop using Tallow as a cheap substitute for decent oil.

Yes it's cheap, but it's decent at best. <br><br>I cook with it sometimes, but I see a lot of posts where people talk about sautéing veggies or browning meat with beef tallow. <br><br>It comes off as cheap to me, not budget. <br><br>I cook with lard a lot, decent fat and not expensive at all. <br><br>Just a rant because tallow is not as great as people make it seem.
