Anyone up for a little creative writing exercise? The infinite chat.

This is a very simple exercise, but can be a lot of fun. I will roll up a number to determine how many total comments should be on our infinite chat (not counting this one).

After that, we can start writing. Person A posts a comment, then the next person can post a response as person B. Then the next person can post as person A, and so on. This continues back and forth until we reach the total number of comments rolled.

Here's another little twist to make it more interesting: no one knows what the roll is, and no one knows when the chat is about to end. That means... if you want to get out before the total comments are reached, you need to figure out how to end the chat on your own. If you are the comment that puts the total above the roll value, you lose. So you want to keep the chat going for as long as you can, and try to trick your partner into making the comment that takes the total above the roll value.

I submitted a random number generation request to random.org for 50-150 comments, and the result was 139 comments. The first person to post should be person A. I'm not saying who's who or specifying what the scenario is, you can use your imagination.

I'm creating two accounts with no upvotes, and no comments. The accounts are @/u/ChatPersonA and @/u/ChatPersonB. To make it easy to distinguish who's who, the first upvote on the comments will be from this account yourself, and the second upvote will be from the person B account. Same idea for replies, if you make a comment as person A, you will upvote it, and then you will reply to make your comment as person B. Then the next person will upvote your comment, and they'll reply with their own comment as person B. I'm making this account with no upvotes to make it easy to see.

You can use the numbers in the chat to figure out when to post as person A or person B, or you can use the person B account to figure it out. The first comment will be odd #1, the second will be even #2, and so on.

I have configured the random.org account to generate a number automatically every day, so we can run this exercise indefinitely. If you want to know the roll value, you can contact me privately, and I'll let you know. Or if you want to play again, you can just let me know and we can run it with a fresh roll.

PR
Good luck, and keep on chatting...
