Does anyone have any resources on how to use NorthWestern European folklore in fantasy settings?

I'm very tired of English folklore being used in fantasy settings. So now I'd like to get a better grasp of folklore from other NorthWestern European countries.

I'm mostly interested in folklore from Belgium, The Netherlands and NorthWestern Germany. So anything from these following provinces/states would be great: Friesland, Gelderland, North Holland, Overijssel, East Frisia, Groningen, Drenthe, Flevoland, South Holland, Zeeland, West Frisia, North Brabant, Limburg, Utrecht, East Frisia, North Rhine Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Bremen, Hamburg, Schleswig Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and East Frisia.
If you know of any folklore from other NorthWestern European countries then that would be great too.

So far my searches haven't given me much and I'm not even sure if there are any stories that are specific to the aforementioned provinces/states. When I search for NorthWestern European folklore I usually get English folklore, NorthWestern European folklore is a very vague term.

As for resources I'm looking for things like books, movies, tv shows, comics, documentaries, websites, podcasts and more if they exist. If you know of resources in Dutch, Low Saxon, or other local languages that's fine. I'd prefer resources in English but if I have to find a translation so be it.

I'd prefer resources that are specific to the aforementioned provinces/states.
