I was a skip tracer so most people wanted to let me meet my maker

I used to be a skip tracer. That is I used to find people who were in hiding. Most people wanted to let me meet my maker, to be honest I don’t blame them most were in some deep stuff. <br><br>I solved a case one time and literally went from being in danger to being thanked and receive a large sum of money in under 24 hours. <br><br>Anyway, during this particular case I had to track down a criminal. He was in some deep trouble with the law and I was brought on board to find him and bring him in for questioning. So I go to his house and his wife was there. She let me in and I was talking to her and I noticed she was coked out of her mind and clearly in some legal trouble herself. <br><br>So I am sitting there talking to her and I notice she is trying to distract me. Then out of nowhere she pulled out a knife. And to my surprise she stabbed me. I was shocked I thought I was going to die. She was high and she stabbed my arm. It wasn’t bad enough to kill me. I jumped up out of the chair and took the knife from her and held her until the police showed up. <br><br>I ended up getting a very large reward and she was charged criminally and most likely doing time. I was in and out of the hospital but she could have killed me. <br><br>I no longer am a skip tracer I am in a different field but due to my past some people still want to let me meet my maker and to be honest I kind of don’t blame them.
