Question about steak for those who have a butcher shop nearby

I only recently moved to an area with a butcher shop. I can’t wait to try all of the different options they offer.<br><br>I love a good steak, but I’m not the best cook. I just marinate for a couple of days, then grill for about 7-8 minutes on each side. I’d like to try options beyond what I can buy at my local grocery store. <br><br>I’m mostly interested in how different cuts will take to grilling and if there are any strategies for getting the best out of each cut.<br><br>I’m pretty sure that my butcher doesn’t offer the cuts that I typically buy at my grocery store. It seems like it’s all bone in and the steaks are not cut as thinly.<br><br>Really excited to try a few steaks from the butcher. Any advice would be appreciated.
