I just wanted to say that. He's of fan of some conspiracy theorists and has been mentioned a few times on Reddit.

He doesn't matter, but if I had a dime for every time I heard someone say that technology is bringing man closer to the truth and advancements in media are a good thing, I would be a rich man.

The Unabomber's prediction that technology would lead to man becoming more isolated and society weaker because of it is coming true. The technology may have changed, but the effect is the same. We have more access to all media and information than ever before and society has never been more disconnected and less informed than it is now. To say that the internet is the opposite and that it has made media more accessible to all and that it is bringing people together is to ignore the facts. Technology is isolating and bringing us apart. People now spend more time interacting with a screen and watching people through it than actually interacting with one another.

He was right and it's scary.

Edit: A lot of you are of the opinion that the internet is a good thing, that it is bringing people together and man closer to the truth. The opposite is true. It is bringing people apart and man closer to ignorance. This is the Unabomber's great prediction.
